Time once again for some racing excitement in Ohio, as
Larry's Off Road Center presents the 2008 Spring Nationals. This event
features the ECPRA Pro Stock and Pro-Mod classes as well as Super Pro, Pro, and
Street classes. Larry's Nationals is also host to a 36 class car
show and swap meet on Sunday and on Saturday before the race there's a Super
Sale at Larry's and a free Cookout at the Track. For those new to the
event, Kilkare features paved pits and the car show and swap meet areas are
directly adjacent to the drag strip, so you can take in everything without
missing a single moment of the action. This event also has a history of
some very fast times with the pro stocks setting a new record here every year
so far. Larrys is a consistently great event year after year, so come on out
and share the fun with your VW friends.
VP C14 / C14 Plus Selected as Spec Fuel for Pro Stock
Racers competing in ECPRA pro stock class races will be required to run their
choice of either VP C14 or VP C14 Plus. Fuel testing will be performed at
all events.
Please note that stale fuel has the potential to fail onsite testing. It
is recommended that anyone needing their fuel tested should contact an ECPRA
board member as early as possible the morning of the event. Fuel
pre-testing will be available as time permits on a first come first served
basis.
Attention Non Members Interested in Racing at ECPRA Events
Non-members may compete in one ECPRA Pro-Stock or Pro-Mod race each year for
the normal entry fee. If a non-member receives a payout at at an ECPRA
event, membership dues will be withheld from the winnings in exchange for
membership. Any non-member wishing to race at an ECPRA event should
contact Gene Collier prior to
attending to be included in any communications regarding the event, and to
ensure that a vehicle will pass tech inspection.
